Product Warranty

Quantum Limited Warranty
Quantum Integration, Inc. (“Quantum”) warrants that from the date of sale of Q-Server Central Core or Q-Client Builder Base (collectively, “Product”), the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.  Provided that you have informed Quantum of any such defect within the warranty period, returned the product to Quantum along with a copy of the sales invoice or receipt, and the Product is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship, Quantum will replace the Product free of charge, subject to the terms and limitations below.  Any replaced Product will become the property of Quantum. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no replacement will renew or extend the warranty period.  
This warranty shall not apply if the model name/serial number of the Product has been altered, removed or made illegible, or if the defect is caused by: neglect, misuse or operation or treatment of the Product inconsistent with instructions provided by Quantum or normal wear and tear; use of the Product with any other product, accessory, software or service not supplied or recommended by Quantum; viruses, malware or other unauthorized access; the modification, adaptation or repair of the Product without Quantum’s authorizationor accident, liquid or chemical, excessive heat or improper ventilation, incorrect voltage, power surges, or other acts or incidents beyond the control of Quantum. 
This warranty covers only hardware components of the Product.  It does not cover software licensed pursuant to the Quantum Terms of Use. Without limiting the foregoing, this warranty is subject to the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability set out in the Quantum Terms of Use.  For more information, go to   
This warranty is distinct from any statutory rights you may have under applicable laws of your country relating to the sale of consumer products. These rights are not excluded or limited by this warranty. 
To make a warranty claim, return your Product to the address set out below.  To avoid damage to or loss/erasure of data stored in the Product, remove or back up any such data prior to return of the Product.  Quantum will not be responsible for any such damage, loss or erasure.
